CONDITIONS OF SALE OF TICKETS
Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
Tickets are sold by Kings Church Horsham ( KCH) . Any complaints regarding the event, including refunds in the event of cancellation, should be addressed to and will be dealt with by KCH.
No refund or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
Tickets are not transferable.
KCH, Venue management or owner ("Venue Owner") and their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless such death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of KCH, Venue Owner or their agents and employees), loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any postponement of shows and/or performances. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage and liability.
KCH and/or Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person.
Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted. Unless otherwise stated by KCH.
Smoking is not permitted in the Venue. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted in the venue or venue grounds.
Handphones & Pagers must be switched off in the auditorium.
Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from KCH or the authorized points of sales.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performances and may be directed to a waiting area.
No food or beverages purchased outside are to be brought into the venue.
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event.
KCH/Venue Owner may add, withdraw or substitute artist and/or vary advertised programmers, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
KCH may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
KCH/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
The ticket Holder agrees to follow directions given by authorized personnel of Venue Owner and/or Promoter and to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
